Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Carriers and customs checks can sometimes add a few days.
Tracking. Tracking information is provided once your order is dispatched; carriers can take a little time to update it. Questions about a delivery? Contact us.
Import duties, taxes and customs fees are on us — you pay nothing extra on delivery. If a parcel is held at customs, we handle it with the carrier and, in many cases, send a new shipment.
Exchanges & returns
30-day quality guarantee. Every order is covered for 30 days from the date it is confirmed as delivered if an item has a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, is different from what you ordered, is missing, or has a customization error on our side. It is a quality guarantee, not a general return period. Email support@arenaborn.com with your order number and clear photos or videos.
Returns. Eligible, non-defective items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, in original condition with tags. All returns need prior approval from our team, so please do not send anything back before you receive instructions. Return shipping for voluntary returns may be at the customer's cost.
Choosing a size or option. Please check the size guide before ordering. A return or exchange may not be available when the issue is only the size, team, player, version or other option selected by the customer.
Personalized items — with a name, number or pressed patch — are made to order and cannot be canceled, modified, returned or exchanged once production has started, except for manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.

What Arena fans say
Bought two different sizes as gifts. Both recipients were happy, especially with how the fabric felt.
The fabric feels good on the skin, even after wearing it for hours. That matters more to me than anything.
I had a concern after delivery, and customer service took the time to understand it. Happy with the resolution.
Bought it for my daughter, who wanted a looser fit. She’s barely stopped wearing it.
Nice balance between a roomy fit and a clean shape. Works well with joggers.
My tracking link wasn’t opening. Support sent me the information I needed and helped me follow the delivery.
The shirt looked great straight out of the packaging. Fit was right for me too.
I noticed a mistake in my order confirmation. Support checked it with me and got it corrected.
The seams feel smooth against the skin. Small thing, but it makes a difference when you wear it all afternoon.
Bought this for my sister, who’s the biggest Spurs fan in our family. She absolutely loved it.
The parcel arrived in good condition, and the shirt was the right size and design. Happy with the order.
My tracking hadn’t updated, so I contacted support. They checked it and explained what was happening.
Love the shape of this jersey. Plenty of room to move without feeling like I’m wearing a tent.
The white looks really crisp in person. Wore it with jeans at the weekend and got a couple of compliments.
Really happy with the fabric. It feels soft without being too thin, and the shirt sits nicely on the shoulders.
Bought this as a birthday gift for my boyfriend. He tried it on straight away and kept it on for the rest of the evening.
The stitching around the collar is neat, and the fit is comfortable. A solid addition to my match-day rotation.
I asked for help choosing a size and got a clear answer. The shirt arrived and fitted exactly how I hoped.
